Folder 11 resumes with a monthly or bi-monthly chronological order of February 1890 to Folder 17, January 1891. Folder 17 includes correspondence to and from Charles F. Woods, who served as Acting Director of the Storrs Agricultural Experiential Station from circa September 25, 1890-December 24, 1891, while Wilbur Olin Atwater was in Europe.
