Biographical / Historical

Michael Casey was a 1981 graduate of Harvard Univeristy, earning a B.A. in Irish History and literature and spent over 30 years in college advancement.

The Wesleyan Collections Advisory Committee was a task force formed of faculty, administrators, and alumni/ae in the museum fields, who were charged to “oversee an in-depth review of Wesleyan’s collections of art and material culture…” The committee, along with several, consultants, met several times in 1997, created overviews of existing collections, and submitted its final report on November 7, 1997.
