Scope and Contents
This collection comprehensively documents graduate degree programs in the sciences and music at Wesleyan. It also includes some summer school (MAT) course and student information. Individual student files include applications, petitions for credit, added documentation, and complete transcript information.
The two oversize boxes contain information that appears to be completely duplicated within each student file. Once this is determined definitively, they need not be retained.

Conditions Governing Access
Collection is partially closed for research. Restricted items in this collection consist of student records and grades which fall under the auspices of FERPA and a small group of records documenting student hiring and employment, health insurance coverage and disciplinary actions whose conditions of restriction (and retention) are still pending.
