Biographical / Historical
West College is a residence hall at Wesleyan that houses first year and upper class students. According to their website, the hall is devoted to students interested in art, music, and student activism. Emphasis is placed on community and residents are expected to take an active role in the enviornment.

Immediate Source of Acquisition
The collection was begun in May 2001 by John Graham, the Head Resident of West College [WestCo]. Inspired by the Wesleyan Spirits collection, he agreed to donate his West College items and encourage residents and the following year’s Head Resident to continue adding to the collection. Additions will be ongoing.
