Biographical / Historical
David Schorr, 1947-2018, was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Brown University and his Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Fine Arts from Yale University. He arrived at Wesleyan University in 1971, and for 47 years tauht a wide range of courses, including printmaking, drawing, typography, book design, graphic design, and calligraphy.
