"Envisioning a More Inclusive Women's Studies Program," by WMST 419, Fall 2002
Scope and Contents
In Fall 2002, a student forum (WMST 419) was offered in the Women's Studies Department. The full title of the forum was "Envisioning an Inclusive Women's Studies Program: A Collective Forum to Create Change at Wesleyan." Under faculty advisor Gina Ulysse, the students enrolled in WMST 419 evaluated the Women's Studies Department and its curriculum and goals. "Envisioning a More Inclusive Women's Studies Program" is a spiral bound document that describes the forum's suggestions for revising the governance of the department and restructuring the Women's Studies introductory class.
