Scope and Contents
Contains Helen's correspondence with her parents and her brother Charles. A modest amount of correspondence describes a possible move of the Home Economics department from the Department of Agriculture to the Bureau of Standards. There are some letters from "Willie" Kits van Warren describing war-time and post-war experiences in Haarlem, Holland. Also in this series is some personal correspondence, financial and estate papers including her mother's trust fund, household accounts, and tax returns.
