Student created publication describes itself as follows: “Stethoscope Press publishes individual books by individual student authors. We pair each writer with a personal editor with whom to work on their projects. We value the collaborative process between editor, writer, and designer, the art of bookmaking, and the importance of long-form writing." “Stethoscope Chapbook series are sponsored by the Stethoscope Press. Each year, the Stethoscope Chapbook series prints [around ten] chapbooks written and edited by students at Wesleyan University.” Stethoscope Press series are annual. Chapbooks are smaller in size than the non-Chapbook series.
