Biographical / Historical
Charles Kendall graduated Wesleyan in 1846. Originally from New Lebanon, NY, Kendall would go on and receive his MA in 1849. He would become a manufacturer before passing away on April 14, 1853. Kendall gave an oration at his commencement on August 5, 1846, titled “National Conscience” which can be found in the Commencement Orations collection.
