Biographical / Historical
Dr. H. Kenneth Shook received a bachelor's degree from Western Maryland College and was a 1954 graduate of the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) program at Wesleyan University. He served as director of admissions and financial aid at Western Maryland College from 1958 to 1975, then as Executive Director of the Maryland State Scholarship Board. He later taught high school before retirement.
