This collection comprises of Lorain Brierley Sully’s (nongraduate class of 1927) photographs of his time with Beta Theta Pi. Included in the collection are group photos, individual class photos, interior and exterior photos of the Beta Theta Pi house and a few postcards.

Biographical / Historical
The Mu Epsilon chapter of Beta Theta Pi was founded at Wesleyan in 1890. The chapter house which can be seen in a number of the photographs in the collection was built in 1912. It is one of the longest lived-in chapter houses in all of Beta Theta Pi. Lorain Brierley Sully was a member of the fraternity during his years at Wesleyan from 1923-1927.
