Scope and Contents
The Richard Miner Hewitt manuscripts contains Hewitt’s handwritten manuscripts on The Faerie Queene and Elene. The collection consists of two documents in folders and scrolls: Hewitt’s translation of “Elene”, and a diagram of Spenser’s The Faerie Queene, in which Miner has mapped out the greater plot arcs and developments of each individual canto.
