Scope and Contents
Th William Nicholas Knight papers contains mostly Knight's academic and personal writing as well as various articles in which Knight is referenced. This collection consists of numerous photocopies and clippings from publications containing essays, articles, and book reviews by Knight; reviews of Knight’s books and plays; the script for the play Knight wrote about the Kennedy assassination, “The Death of J.K.”; several published pamphlets; the text of a speech Knight gave at the Wesleyan Center for Humanities; clippings; correspondence; symposium materials; various published articles; notes on the utility of various Shakespeare books; a copy of The Erasmus Review; and an Amherst alumni review containing on article on Knight.
