Scope and Contents
Approximately 1000 glass plate negatives of Wesleyan University buildings and campus events. These slides document athletics, buildings, the campus landscape (especially in winter), and events such as graduation and reunions. They also document people: students (mainly athletes and some others), faculty, and presidents.

Abstract
Approximately 1000 glass plate negatives of Wesleyan University buildings and campus events. They are thought to have been found in the attic of Winchester House and were transferred to the archives in July 1990. The itemized list of slides in the series is a partial listing, intended to represent the bulk of what is in each box.

Immediate Source of Acquisition
Received from Kathleen Flynn of the Wesleyan Planning Office on 3 July, 1990. A seven page list of the contents of the boxes was prepared by the planning office along with a two page itemized list of negatives retained by them.
