Scope and Contents The Ballad of Casey Jones is an American Folk Tale originally told by engine wiper and friend of Casey Jones, Wallace Saunders in the early 20th century. Th song lyrics over which the text of the folk tale are superimposed are from the popular adaptation of the story written by Jerry Garcia and Robert Hunter of the Grateful Dead. The text of the folk tale is printed in 12pt. Bodoni Book and the lyrics of teh song are printed in 36pt. Rockwell Bold Italic. The title is printed in 48pt....
