This book was designed by Andrew Malkin with the permission, guidance, and supervision of David Schorr, Professor of Art MFA, at Wesleyan University during the fall semester of the year 2012. Printed in Greenwich, CT on 75 Gram Asuka paper with an HP 1320n Lasterjet printed in January, 2013. Set in eight point ITC Century. All choice accidental, all mistakes intentional. All else is the byproducts of guesswork, magic, and dreams.
