Text and images referring to avian anatomy are from The Little Guides (Joseph M. Forshaw, Consultant Editor), The Audubon Society: Encyclopedia of American Birdsby John K. Terres, and The Cambridge Encyclopedia of Ornithology (Michael Brooke and Tim Birkhead, Editors). The original music of the verse of "Over the Rainbow" used is by Harold Arlen and the lyrics are by E. Y. Harburg. All the motion images were drawn by the designer, Kirsten K. Yamaguchi.
