Biographical / Historical
Hank Anderson was a graduate of Wesleyan in 1940. During his undergraduate career, he served as president of the local chapter of Alpha Chi Rho, captain of the wrestling team and received three letters in football and one in track. After graduation, Anderson took the position of Assistant to the Director of Admissions who was Victor L. Butterfield at the time. He would go on to serve in WWII in the U.S. Navy before receiving a law degree from the University of Connecticut.
