American poetry -- 20th century

Carl Carlson was a Wesleyan University student between 1937 and 1941 but did not graduate. He was killed in World War II.

The collection contains Wesleyan course work, prose and poetry by Carlson, and correspondence.

C. [Charles] Wilbert Snow was a man of many talents including poet, author, educator, politician. These papers primarily represent the 31 years he taught at Wesleyan and his concomitant activites during that time.
